Teflon™ release coatings and industrial non-stick films for cheese molds, food equipment, heat-seal hardware, and catch pans. PTFE and sister resins. We still pick the film for the job.
What it does
The job on the metal.
A full provolone wheel has to leave the mold. Film on a seal bar has to release instead of bake on. Glue and plastic in a catch pan have to dump. That is the job.
We run high-release Teflon™ and fluoropolymer films. Built for production parts that have to dump clean, shift after shift.

Cheese molds and dairy tooling. Augers and food-contact flights. Heat-seal bars, plates, and knives. Sparkle-black catch pans for sticky process waste. Pans. Not bins.

Resins we run
Named for the chemistry. Picked for the duty.
PTFE, PFA, FEP, ETFE, PVDF, ECTFE, and nylon when the duty calls for a fluoropolymer skin. Thickness and resin follow the temperature, the product, and how the part is cleaned.
