The set

Packaging hardware that has to dump clean.

This page is the packaging set: heat-seal bar coating, PTFE release coating, packaging knife coating, and catch pan coating. Food lines send some of the same hardware. The food page covers molds and augers.

01

Heat-seal bar coating

Packaging lines live on PTFE release coating. Heat-seal bar coating so film and product let go instead of baking on. Hot duty. Every cycle.

02

Packaging knife coating

Packaging knife coating on cut-and-seal edges that pick up film and product. A release film keeps the edge working. Wear film if the same edge gets hit all shift.

03

Catch pan coating

Catch pan coating. Sparkle-black PTFE release for glue, plastic, and other sticky waste. Pans. Not bins. Built for the mess under a real process.

04

The films

Release is the lead. Chemical and heat on bars that run hot. Wear on knives that scrape. PTFE, PFA, FEP, ETFE, PVDF, ECTFE, and nylon when the duty calls for them. We still pick the film for the job.

Catch pans

They have to dump clean.

Catch pan coating sits under glue, plastic, and sticky waste. The PTFE release coating is why the load lets go. Send the size and what falls in. We will tell you if we coat it.
