You talk to the people who coat the part. We hear the duty, then we pick Teflon™, Xylan®, Whitford, or Chemours — PTFE, PFA, FEP, ETFE, PVDF, ECTFE, or nylon. High-release films mixed here. Dry-film and powder when they fit.
