The set
Industrial PTFE coating for Wisconsin and Midwest process work. Pump coating, shaft coating, valve interior coating, and high-build fluoropolymer. Chemical resistance has its own page when splash and solvent are the whole job.
Pump coating on hardware that has to move dry, shed product, or live in a hard chemistry. Dry-film lubricant where oil cannot live. Chemical film where the process eats metal. Water softener pistons are the production example.
Shaft coating on long shafts, splines, and flights. Wear on the working surface. High-build fluoropolymer when the surface needs thickness. Release if product packs on. Large-part work we have run since 1970.
Valve interior coating only. We coat the wetted inside of valves and vessels. Not an exterior tank-farm paint job. Send the opening, the chemistry, and the heat.
