Military

High-spec hardware through a working shop.

Military, government, and aerospace-adjacent parts. Small and large. One-offs and repeats. We follow the drawing and the duty. We do not invent a program, and we do not hang certifications we have not earned.

Matte black coated machined cylinders

The work

We coat the part. We do not invent a badge.

01

Military and government

Defense and government hardware comes through this shop. Release, wear, dry lube, chemical and heat. Send the drawing and the resin callout if you have one.

02

Aerospace-adjacent

High-spec parts that sit next to aerospace work. Tight edges. Named resins. We will tell you if the plant can run it. We will not claim a program we do not have.

03

What we will not say

We do not list certifications we have not earned. No fake badges. If a job needs a paper trail we do not have, we say so and you keep looking.

04

The films

Wear and dry lube on sliding hardware. Chemical and heat when the process is hard. Release when product or soil has to let go. We apply Teflon™ and Xylan® films when the drawing calls for them.

How it runs

Same blast, coat, cure, inspect path.

One plant. Owner-run. Grit blast, coat, cure, inspect. Large parts can ship freight both ways. Small lots and repeats both happen here. You talk to the people who coat the part.
